Sunday Morning Goodness

Morning all! It’s been way too long since I’ve posted something (been busy doing personal stuff) but I’m back with some bangers!
 
First up, the Mastertrons remix of Gorillaz – Feel Good Inc. On the 9th August 2009 the Italian duo The Mastertrons was born. On the 9th August 2010, they launched their first EP & were officially one year old. Fast forward to the same day this year & with 3 EPs under their belt they’re firmly established on the dubstep scene. They released this track to mark their 3 year anniversary & in just 4 days it received over 10,000 plays – surpassing all their previous records.

I loved Tiesto’s ‘Magik’ series (in particular Magik 6 ‘Live from Amsterdam’). Check out Yahel – Voyage, Free Radical – Surreal (En Motion Remix) & of course Kamaya Painters – Endless Wave (a Tiesto co-production).
 
Having said that, I felt he went off the boil for a while seemingly too busy being the best DJ in the world but this track gets us back on, erm, track. The original is great but this gives it that little extra kick needed for 2011!

From an established DJ / producer in the trance genre, to a newer – but no less talented (IMHO) one. There’s one name on everyone’s lips at the moment when it comes to trance music: Arty
 
We spoke to him a while ago wanting to do an interview. Unfortunately the interview never happened (entirely our own fault) but he is a very down-to-earth & approachable guy.
