HIDE Code functioning again

The HIDE code is now fully working.

When posting new shares please enclose your links within [*HIDE]Links / Text Here[*/HIDE]

(without the *'s)

Alternatively you may now use the button when posting.

This will force the reader to reply to the topic to gain access to your downloads. This system is essential to prevent leechers simply taking all your files without giving you thanks or credit for them.

NEW RULES

You must have 20+ reps to gain access to files in these shared sections.
You can gain reps by starting topics in the shares sections and sharing files.
You can also gain reps from members who like your posts or shares.
Remember to do the same for others though!

To Download
If you are wanting to download a file you must first leave a reply in the topic of that file. This then shows the link and you can then download it. If it is a link straight to the file all you need to do is right click and "save target as".

The Hide Code
We have decided to implement a piece of code which hides the text within the tags until you reply to the post.
This is to try and cut down on possible leechers and users who do not contribute to the forum.
You too can use this in any of you're posts - simply place you're content between the [*hide] and [*/hide] tags.
Remember to remove the *'s in the example.

Great!! I think i'll re-write the rules a bit so it's clearer now the hide code is back

Well...right I've re-written the rules and updated in each section. There are 2 different formats. In the shares section the "Forum access" rules are read first, and in the Shares sections the hide and reply feature is explained first ...Obviously because if you've got enough rep to access the shares you know you need 20 reps to gain access, but may need info on the Hide code ...But members who cannot yet access the shares section need to know about the 20 rep rules first... ok I'm done.

Also, added hide code to shares without it...

Great work, I tried to add hide codes to as many topics as I could see without them but if they're sorted now then thats great.

Also a good idea with altering the order.

The system seems entirely robust and scaleable now, fingers crossed it continues to work so well
